Symptoms of dehydration
Headache
Babies and children tend to have dry, cracked skin, tongue and mouth, gray skin, sunken eyes, crying without tears, and little urination. Babies younger than three months usually wet the diaper every six hours, while toddlers usually do it at least three times a day. In the case of adults and the elderly, the symptoms of dehydration include headaches, difficulty concentrating, malaise, concentrated urine, confusion, tiredness and dryness of the skin.
Ways to Moisturize children
Moisturizes babies from 0 to 6 months with 0.7 liters of breast milk.
Babies from 7 to 12 months should ingest 0.8 liters of juices, breast milk, water, and food.
The children from 1 to 3 years have to drink in total 1.3 liters.
Children 4 to 8 years should consume 1.4 liters, including water.
For both children and adults, water should always be the beverage of choice, but if there is a rejection of it for its null taste, you can consume natural fruit juices, infusions, soft drinks, teas, water ice or milk.
