Homemade antacids to treat indigestion

Vegetable Alkaline Broth

To make an alkaline vegetable broth you will have to peel a potato and a carrot and wash them very well. Place in a pot along with a liter of water and bring to the fire until it boils. Add some spinach leaves, some parsley, and a celery stick. Cook for about 35 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Drink 50 ml of broth every two hours until the discomfort is removed.

Wash a medium potato very well and peel it. This should not have black spots or holes caused by insects. Scrape it and place it in a bowl. Press it to release all its juice and add a glass of water. Leave to stand for 15 minutes and once this period of time has passed, strain and drink the juice of potatoes after each meal to avoid acidity.

Cut a pinch of aloe vera and extract the gel inside it with the help of a spoon. Place the aloe vera juice in a blender along with 200 ml of water and a tablespoon of honey. Process for two minutes and drink the juice of aloe vera about 20 minutes before eating to avoid bad digestion.
