Egos competition starts at university

Currently, competition in the world of work returns us in the classroom, not only partners, but competitors and the most relevant is that, sometimes, we end up being the direct competition of our best friend.
In today's society, contemplating the changing context, the digital culture and the fast life that we are accustomed to leading, says sociologist Zygmunt Bauman, that "in liquid modernity, everything is unstable: love, work, politics, and friendship."
Thus, face-to-face communication loses preference and digital relationships become stronger after like. The reasons for establishing ties of real fellowship or friendship in a university classroom could be transcendental for a future job:
Eliminate prejudices.
Although we do not want to, at some point in our career or life we will end up working with someone who may not be of our total liking. It is then necessary to take advantage of these experiences in the classroom, see it as an experience, eliminate prejudice and always try to learn something from people:
"Sometimes you learn the best by seeing people exhibiting the worst" (Aliza Licht).
Give him an opportunity.
To carry out any work in bins or equipment, it is always good to seek your best friend to work, for trust and mutual knowledge, but perhaps, it is also a good idea to give confidence to the partner who is good at writing, for edit, for photography or for public relations, that depends on the task to be performed. Things go better when people do what they are passionate about:
" The skill is of little importance without opportunity" (Napoleon).
My friend, my boss.
In general, in the classrooms, each student is categorized by his abilities, way of working, character. Therefore, it is important to get along fairly well with everyone, you never know who can end up being your coworker, or better than that, your boss; can give good or bad recommendations of you according to their relation of companions during the time that they shared classroom; or they may think of you for a promising job based on your skills and behavior with them:
" Never forget that it is enough for a person or an idea to change your life forever, either for good or for bad" (Brown, J.).
Professional life seems like a competition for egos, peers look like competitors, and friends, the truth is very few. In particular, in the creative world it is relevant to find people who complement you, who are skilled in areas that are weak for you and form a team that integrates the skills of the people, and not a team full of "for do him the favor "or" is that he likes me ". At the end of the day we have to work with other professionals at some point in our work and personal life, what better than to get along well from the beginning.
